Dr. Quinn has been the Director of Instrumental Music at Middle Georgia College since fall 2004. He previously held a similar position at Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, Wisconsin and at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. He is an active composer, arranger, performer, and conductor and strives to incorporate these skills into his classroom teaching.
