MGSC Softball Warriors opened the 2013 season with a 10 hit 7-4 win over Shelton State. Multiple hits were delivered by Freshmen Lana Maddox, Julie Anne Bradley, and Kayla Bawkin. Jessica Cook, also a freshman, delivered a two run homer in the win. Soph Katie Turner took the win and Alyssa Amerson garnered the save with a shutout performance in the seventh inning. |
