Biography

Dr. Caldwell has his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Theological Seminary. In addition he is a certified marriage and family therapist and is trained in clinical hypnosis. He has worked as a therapist at Fort Worth Neuropsychiatric Hospital the Ft. Worth Baptist Marriage and Family Counseling Center the Fort Worth Drug Treatment Center and the Drug Treatment Center in Arlington Texas. He has been teaching psychology on the college level since 1977 and has been at Middle Georgia College since 1988. He believes that a successful classroom experience is one where there is a lot of discussion interaction application thinking questioning understanding and acceptance in a nonthreatening atmosphere. He loves teaching and being with students but his family and good health are most important.
