ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

Middle Georgia College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all verifications of student enrollment. If you are a currently enrolled student, or you still have access to Banner Web, please use the following instructions to obtain an Enrollment Certificate:

To obtain a free Certification of Enrollment on the Internet:

Go to www.mgc.edu
Scroll to the bottom of the home page….click on Banner Web
Enter Secure Area
Use your ID (ID is your SS# with no dashes) and PIN to Login (If this is your first time accessing Banner Web, your PIN is your 6 digit birth date (ex. 010284), otherwise it is the 6 digit number that you changed it to be)
Go to Student Services and Financial Aid
Go to Student Record Information Menu
Go to Enrollment Verification/Clearinghouse Options
Enter your name
Enter your date of birth (ex: September 4, 1982 is 9/4/1982 )
Enter your Social Security #
Go to Obtain an Enrollment Certificate
View and/or Print your Enrollment Certificate

Please include the following on faxed requests:

Student's Name
Social Security Number
Address To Where Information Is To Be Mailed
Student's Signature
Date
